Return Policy

At Parallel, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, performance-driven apparel. If something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and any products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Parallel is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
